Deed Restrictions, Building & Shoreline
The restrictions for the properties within the subdivisions of Crystal Estates and Plaza are contained in the registered deed for the property.
Please consult your deed of your property for the applicable restrictions.
Watercraft & Mooring Information
Lake No Wake Areas - DNR Administrative Rule - WC-30-90-001
On the waters on Waldron Bay, Cedar Court Bay, LeMott Bay, Evelyn Bay and those channels connecting them to Lake LeAnn (sections 3,4,9 and 10, T5S, R1W, Somerset Township, Hillsdale County) it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow - no wake speed.
DNR Administrative Rules are equal to State Laws and are enforced as such. The patrols will be issuing tickets to boaters who are not following this rule.
State Law
MC numbers and letters must be at least 3" in height, vertical, block. The number/letter color must be in contrast with the boat's hull color. Only the current decals shall be displayed!
Beginning October 1, 2011, a person younger than 16 could not operate a personal watercraft unless he or she were at least 14 years old and either 1) the person was riding the personal watercraft with his or her parent or legal guardian, or an individual who was at least 21 years old designated by the parent or guardian; or 2) the person was operating or riding a personal watercraft within 100 feet of the parent, legal guardian, or designated individual.
Mooring Information
Mooring Slips are available to Members on a seasonal basis. Any Member, in good standing, can be part of the Mooring Lottery which occurs mid-March each year. Signed Mooring Agreement Form and Mooring Fee must be completed and received in the LLPOA Office by March 1st each year. Members are assigned slips based on the random draw number from the lottery. After the lottery, slips are available on a first-come first serve basis.
